At All Meats, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our return policy. Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility: 1.1 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
1.1.1 The item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging. 1.1.2Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of the delivery date. 1.1.3Perishable meat products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange: 2.1 To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: 2.1.1 Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +254795199681 or email us at sales@allmeats.co.ke to inform us of your request. 2.1.2 Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. 2.1.3 Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

3. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 days via the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges:

4.1. If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after receiving the returned item(s) and inspecting them.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
1. Damaged Items: 1.1. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damage and may arrange for a replacement or refund as per our discretion.
2. Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Perishable Meat Products:
1.1. Perishable meat products, for reasons of health and safety, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect.
2. Custom or Special Orders: 2.1. Items that are custom-made or specially ordered for you may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective.
